Should the premium pension system be made safer through a procured fund market?

What is the issue?
A better premium pension system.
The Riksdag voted in favour of the government's proposal for improvements to the current premium pension system. The proposal includes replacing the current open fund market with a secure, procured fund market to exclude unscrupulous players.
