Should people be banned from certain areas to prevent serious violence?

What is the issue?
New law on preventive residence bans.
The Riksdag voted in favour of the government's proposal for a new law on preventive residence bans. The law means that a person can be banned from staying within a defined area if the person promotes crime there and there is a risk of firearms or explosives.
This is how the votes should be read:
