Should people with home care be offered a permanent care contact?

What is the question about?
Yes to permanent care contact within home care.
The Riksdag said yes to the government's proposal that those who have home care should be able to be offered a permanent care contact unless it is clearly unnecessary. The aim is increased security, continuity and coordination.
